Fees and Rates

Bill Review and Negotiation Services (see Services) - We charge an initial retainer fee of $500 - $750 depending on the size of your claim. If the claim is less than the overall initial retainer, then it will be evaluated individually. Each finalized claim will be billed 25% - 30% of what is saved in addition to the retainer depending on the number of claims. For example, if you have a bill that is $50,000 and you are only able to pay $5,000, our goal is to reduce the bill to below $5,000. Then you will be charged a percentage of that savings.

Audit Your Insurance Carrier (see Services) - Medical Bill Relief charges $150 an hour to audit your insurance carrier, with a minimum of 4 hours. After this process, if you would like us to negotiate these rates as well, there is no additional retainer fee. You will be charged 25% - 30% of what is saved.

Medical Bill Relief believes that all our patients are very important and should be treated with upmost respect and dignity. All claims will be reviewed and discussed. No claims will be denied.
