Recommendations and Testimonials

Please find the enclosed check as payment in full for services rendered. I have to tell you that when I came across your website I was skeptical about your abilities to reduce my hospital and doctor bills, but you have made me a believer. Although, I still do not feel as if I should have to pay the bills because of the circumstances under which they were incurred, at least paying half is better than paying the entire amounts.
It was such a personal and difficult situation that to try and deal with the bills on top of everything else I just felt overwhelmed. It was a pleasure to deal with you and your sweet associate Laurie. She was always so nice and polite, she was so genuine and caring in dealing with my situation.
Thank you again for all of your help. I would be glad to give you the highest of recommendations. You are a class act!
Sincerely, Joann

I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for all of your help. As a nurse, I deal with sick people on a daily basis-yet my own brief illness was a big reminder of how quickly an unexpected event can turn your life upside down. Had it not been for your kindness, professionalism & the effectiveness of your service, I’m not so sure I would have landed on my feet again.
Thank you very much. I plan to refer others to you in the future.
Sincerely, Berk

Enclosed is the check for $ for services rendered. I wanted to thank you for the effort and persistence you have shown in the face of this difficult and drawn out process. Especially thank you Laurie for really hanging in there. The persistence paid off for us both. I am sure you hope not to have to deal with that hospital again but if you do maybe your reputation precedes you! Again, thank you so much. I feel now I can put this very dark time behind me and move on with my present. Sincerely, Ruth

Laurie Pickett helped me when I needed help in the worst way. I had just started a new job and really did not know my coverage. I am only 35 years old and on a Friday night, I thought I was having a stroke and was taken to the hospital. I was admitted into the hospital and while in the hospital called my insurance company to determine my coverage, I was never told that my hospital visit would not be covered. I was treated as a stroke patient and later it was determined that I had Bells Palsy.
After getting a $21,000 bill and finding out that only $1,400 would be covered I frantically contacted Laurie who was the one who explained my benefits to me. My coverage was a Limited Indemnity plan and did not cover inpatient care. All the test and treatment would have been covered as an outpatient.
Needless to say, I starting a new job did not have $21,000, nor $2200 for the lab and test readings. Laurie had negotiated my $21000 hospital bill to an amazing $6,372.92. The $2,200 pathology bill was reduced to $600. This was an amazing savings for me, I would have been in collections if it was not for Laurie and been paying for years.
I need to mention that I live in Illinois and she is out of Texas. All of our dealings and tears were done over the phone. When I called her, she answered not only the phone promptly and I did not have to deal with a computer; she answered my questions with knowledge and empathy. Dealing with Laurie was a very personal experience and I am very grateful for all her efforts
Thank you. Claria
